The Bill (Reg.№4680) envisages the defining of the legal and organizational basis for the allotment of the land areas for the stationing of the power objects and legal regime of its use. It also presupposes the conduction and restriction of the economic activity in special zones of power objects, determining rights and obligations of the economic participants in this sphere etc.
The People´s Deputies stressed that the Bill, first of all suggests the conduction and restriction of the economic activity in special zones of power objects, determining rights and obligations of the economic participants in this sphere in order to provide its uninterrupted functioning, rational land use, environment protection and ecological safety.
The Committee deems the adoption of the Bill facilitates regulation of legal relations in the sphere of land use between owners irrespective of the form of property, and enterprises of the power engineering sphere of Ukraine.
